Out of total work experience of 13 years, Sushil has spent more than 10 years with Tata Motors and its Group companies in India and has rich experience in Financial Services and retail sector. Regarded as an inspirational leader, Sushil is a powerhouse of enthusiasm and a constant source of motivation for his team, colleagues and business associates.

Hari is a Partner at Innosight Ventures and helps in shaping VLS strategies. Previously, he was with the Global R&D Group at P&G for 14 years. He helped lead P&G's scale-up efforts in serving low income markets.

Scott is the Managing Director of Innosight Ventures. An expert on growth and innovation, he has conducted field work with leading organizations such as P&G, Johnson & Johnson and GE for over 10 years.
